The event had a grand opening on August 27 attended by both pupils, students and parents. The pageantry of the opening ceremony was something worthwhile to behold as pupils and students performed to the level that NCAP has come to be known for. Because the opening ceremony also signaled the opening for this year's intrams, pupils and students were also excited to start with the competitions they were part of. A ceremonial lighting of the games' torch stirred the drive of every competitor to give their all in their respective events which was followed by the formal declaration of the opening of the games by no other than the school principal, Dennis Mark Aglosolos.
On the last day of the celebrations, dance, singing and cheering competitions were held. Pupils and students showed everyone that "NCAP Got Talent!" In the afternoon of that day came the awarding of medals and trophies and the formal closing of the celebrations.
Looking back at the 17 years that NCAP has been in service, we can never say enough how grateful we are to God for His constant guidance to this institution that banners His name. All the success we had made us realize how generous God is with the blessings He bestows, and the heartbreaks along the way are still things we thank God for because it made the people at NCAP stronger. So allow us to say this one more time, "What NCAP is and what we have is all because of the grace of God."
