The venue was at Villa Antonina Resort at San Fernando, Pampanga. Faculty and staff enjoyed games were teamwork had to be a significant element to win. NCAP also wanted to make the new members of the family feel welcome. It was not difficult to achieve that goal as the old faculty members and staff were so accommodating to the new ones. By the afternoon of Day 1, the old and the new members were already enjoying each other.
Our school principal also did a talk on the need for every member of the NCAP family to be in agreement with the principles that the school so highly esteem. He anchored his talk on the Bible verse that asked, "Can two walk together, except they be agreed? (Amos 3:3)" He made the argument that if they won't embrace what NCAP values as important towards the development of a person, their lofty goals for the NCAP pupils/students won't be achieved.
We are confident that the team-building event will prove a significant factor in the successes we expect to have at the end of the year.
